Please inspect your goods on arrival – if you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us by telephone or email immediately.
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition and any retail packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if items do not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will offer you a replacement or full refund and we will also refund the basic postage charge for returning it to us but please contact us within 7 days before returning any goods to get a returns code.
All goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in it's original condition with all the original packaging – for any reason.
For International Returns (i.e. from outside the EU), a Custom's Declaration stating that the goods are being returned, either for replacement or refund, must be included, with the shipment. We are unable to accept International returns without this correct documentation.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products please contact us immediately by telephone or email and we will be happy to provide you with a replacement.
Damaged or Faulty goods
We are very careful to check products before they are packed and dispatched, but in the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged, under no circumstances should you accept delivery. However, should damage not be apparent on delivery please notify us immediately and definitely within 7 working days so that we can submit a claim without delay.
